ABOUT KAMBERE KICKS

Kambere Kicks is a soccer training program that focuses on soccer-specific fitness and movements. The program provides a full experience of SAQ (speed, agility, and quickness) training while working on core strength power and explosiveness. Improved balance, quicker feet, and faster reaction time are the benefits. Our goal is to help motivated soccer players build their self-confidence to play the game with ease. Sessions are a one-hour intense workout suited for boys and girls (ages 8+) who have the passion and desire to improve their game.
